Risk Management System

Risk management is an integral part of GCG implementation aiming to minimize the potential risks of negative events, to maximize the probability of positive events, and to manage potential risks that can hinder achievement of business goals, business sustainability, compliance with GCG principles and optimizing business opportunities through well measured and managed risks.

The Company’s business focus on particular projects requires a process of risk assessment and the ability to control and mitigate the existing risks prior to project implementation. Risk management is conducted by seeking the latest and comprehensive information for the Board of Directors and management to anticipate and mitigate the potential risks at the earliest.

With reliable risk management supported by the existing resources, it is expected that the Company can map risks that may hamper the achievement of targets, minimize potential losses, increase stakeholders’ confidence, improve work efficiency and effectiveness that will ultimately result in excellent performance and competitiveness.
