Corporate Secretary

F. Justini Omas earned her Law Degree from the Law Faculty of University of Indonesia in 1989, and master degree in notarial studies (M.Kn.) from the Notarial Postgraduate Program of the University of Indonesia in 2009.

She was appointed as Corporate Secretary based on Decree of President Director of the Company No. 121/APLSK/IX.2011 dated September 5, 2011. The term of office of the Corporate Secretary is not specified in the Decree.

She previously served as Assistant Director of Finance for financial administration at PT Fortius, Jakarta, the sole distributor of PT Kabelmetal Indonesia (1986-1989); Head of Administration Section, Division of Purchase Distribution and Inventory Control at PT Asahimas Flat Glass Co., Ltd., Jakarta (1989-1990), and at HSBC, Jakarta (1990-1999) with her last position was as Resident Officer - Corporate Dealer, Treasury Department.

Joined APG in 2004 as part of the working team for planning the issuance of the Company’s bonds. Later, she was assigned to actively participate in coordination meetings of several projects under development by APG as a representative of the holding company, and monitoring the projects development progress including reviewing the projects monthly reports.

She actively involved in the working team for the Company’s preparation for initial public offering and to become a public listed company in November 2010. Subsequently she was assigned in the Capital Market team as Assistant Vice President of Corporate Compliance, before being appointed as Corporate Secretary.
