Minister Maruarar Sirait Commends Podomoro Park Bandung as a Model of Sustainable Integrated Housing

Bandung, December 11, 2025 – Indonesia’s Minister of Public Housing and Settlement Areas (PKP), Maruarar Sirait, paid an official visit to Podomoro Park Bandung, an integrated residential development located in Buah Batu, Bandung. The project is developed by Agung Podomoro and reflects a modern housing concept supported by well-planned and sustainable environmental management.

During the visit, the Minister reviewed the overall masterplan of the area, including public and social facilities as well as the environmental management system implemented at Podomoro Park. The development was recognized for delivering not only quality physical infrastructure, but also a living environment that prioritizes residents’ quality of life.

Minister Maruarar Sirait expressed his appreciation for Agung Podomoro’s commitment to developing orderly, healthy, and environmentally friendly residential areas. This includes integrated waste management systems and supporting facilities that enhance everyday community living.

“This kind of development model can serve as a reference going forward, particularly for the development of affordable, healthy, livable, and sustainable housing,” said Maruarar.

He encouraged stronger synergy with Agung Podomoro, especially in providing constructive input for housing policies that are more adaptive and responsive to public needs.

“We are open to insights and constructive contributions from Agung Podomoro to help ensure housing policies remain relevant and deliver broader impact,” he concluded.
