The signing of Conditional Sale and Purchase Agreement of Shares in PT Griya Pancaloka (“GPL Shares CSPA”) between SHR-ND Limited (as the buyer) with PT Agung Podomoro Land Tbk (as the seller) and a Disclosure Letter in connection to GPL Shares CSPA (“the GPL Shares CSPA together with the Disclosure Letter hereinafter shall be referred to as the “Transaction Documents”).
